Cachet Update β€” January 2025

Last year certainly was a busy year for Cachet and we've been working hard to continue building 3.x. We're still working towards the 3.x release and I'm incredibly proud of the progress that has been made so far.

In 2024, Cachet saw major updates, including a Filament-powered dashboard, enhanced documentation, and new features like OhDear integration and status page customization. With core v2.4 features still to add, 2025 promises exciting progress and expanded community involvement.

November was a quieter month for Cachet, focused on improving documentation, enhancing scheduled maintenance handling, and introducing Oh Dear integration. We’ve also added dashboard tweaks and Scribe-powered API docs, with work ongoing for PHP 8.4 support and more.

The updated documentation is now live and ready for you to explore at docs.cachethq.io. We hope it makes using Cachet even easier and more enjoyable.

With Cachet lying dormant for 5 years, our existing logo provoked thoughts of a "dead project," something old and no longer maintained. Now that Cachet 3.x has been announced, it felt only right to breathe new life into it.
